Transparent Polyester Films
Vacmet installed capacity for Polyester Films is 90,000 tons per annum. Vacmet is equipped with three Polyester manufacturing lines, one having width of 7500 mm and two of 8750mm. VACOPET range of Polyester films are designed to suit variety of applications. We offer films for Packaging, Textiles, Industrial, Electrical, Labelling, Medical, Security and many more.
VACOPET polyester film range is available from 8 microns to 75 microns in corona, chemical and other specialities and can be slitted to width as narrow as 25mm.

Metallized Polyester Films 
Vacmet offers large range of metalized and barrier films. Metallized film can be offered in optical
densities as low as 0.20 and as high as 4.0 in width starting from 20 mm.
Vacmet’s metallizers are equipped with online plasma. Plasma treating during metallization helps in enhancing
barrier properties and bond strength. It drastically improves barrier properties
of BOPP/CPP and PET. Width starting from 25 mm up to 2850 mm can be offered. Vacmet has 9 Metallizers with production capicity of 40,000 tonnes per annum.

Holographic Polyester Films
Holography has become a means to prevent duplication and to provide brand protection. Vacmet manufactures a wide range of Holographic materials on Polyester, BOPP and Paper. These are commonly used for Flexible Packaging, Metallic Yarns, Decoration and Labeling.
Besides Holographic Films, Holographic paper can be offered for High End Labels, Chocolate Wrappers, Food Products Packaging, Tobacco Boxes, Cigarette Boxes, Decoration and Security. With its excellent printable surface and high gloss, the applications of this product are many.
