Vacmet India Ltd is a leading producer of Polyester Films, BOPP Films, Speciality coated Films
and Metallized Paper & Board in India. Founded by Mr. Dinesh Chand Agarwal in 1993 as a speciality
coated and metallizing company, has since then taken a big leap, and backward integrated into
manufacturing of Polyester Films, BOPP Films and Polyester Chips .
From mere 1200 tons capacity in 1993, Vacmet has grown significantly to reach to 1,30,000
tons in 2017. With an additional BOPP Film line estimated to get started by March 2018 these
capacities will reach to more than 1,70,000 tons per annum
Currently, we have 5 manufacturing sites in India and a
wholly owned subsidiary in the UK. Our products are recognized globally and caters to customers of more than 70 countries
around the globe. We have been receiving Exports Awards since 2003 from Ministry of Commerce,
Govt of India for contribution in exports of Polyester and BOPP Films from India. Vacmet is
globally regarded as committed quality supplier and has been on the fore front of innovations
& product development. Vacmet film manufacturing division is ISO 9001, 22000 and OHSAS certified
whereas specialty division is ISO 9001, 14001 and FSC certified .
Vacmet’s vision is to add- up capacities at steady pace and offer a diversified range of products
be that in Packaging, Industrial, Textiles, Medical, Labelling and Decoration.

Mr. S.C. Kapoor
Senior Vice President (Film Division)
He has over 40 years of experience across various operations in film manufacturing. He acquired Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical in 1975 from VRCE Nagpur. He joined Vacmet in 2007. Prior to joining Vacmet, he has worked in several companies in India and Overseas.
Mr. Predeep Kumar Gupta
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Predeep Kumar Gupta, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has over 27 years of experience across financial planning & management, project finance, fund raising and capital markets. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He joined Vacmet in 2015, held senior positions across Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Punj Lloyd and Videocon .
Mr. S.K. Tyagi
Vice President (Converting Division)
He has over 30 years of experience in the field of plastic processing and converting operations. He possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been associated with Vacmet since 1994.
Mr. Suresh Kumar Ganeshan
Vice President (Domestic Sales)
He has over 23 years of experience years in field of strategic planning, business development and sales. He holds MBA from IMDR Pune. He joined Vacmet in 2016. He has worked with companies like Max Speciality and Blow Plast in the past.
Mr. Harjeet Singh
Vice President (International Sales)
He has over 25 years of experience in International sales. Completed PGDIT in marketing from IIFT in 1985 and MBA in 1992. He joined Vacmet in 2013 and has previously worked with Ester Industries and Uflex Ltd.

Vice President (Commercial)
He is having over 42 years of experience in the field of human resources, indirect taxes and legal matters. Shri Pradeep Agarwal has been associated with Vacmet since 1993.

Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Dinesh Chand Agarwal is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He did his Graduation in the field of Plastic and Polymer Engineering from United Kingdom in early 70's. He setup Vacmet India Limited in 1993 and has led its Growth to become an INR 10bn+ Company. Mr. Dinesh Chand Agarwal is a First Generation Entrepreneur with over 45 years of Experience in the Polymer Industry.

Mr. Nitin Agarwal is a Promoter Director of the Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Plastic and Polymer Engineering from United Kingdom. He has 28 years of Experience in the Plastics Processing Industry. He is a Whole Time Director and Heads Product Development and Innovation.
Mr. Rahul Agarwal
Director (Operations)
Mr. Rahul Agarwal is a Promoter Director of the Company. He is a Science Graduate and an active participant in International Workshops on manufacturing etc. He has 27 Years of Experience in Manufacturing and Plant Operations. He is a Whole Time Director and Heads Production Operations of the Company.

Mr. Mayank Agarwal is a Promoter Director of the Company. He is a Commerce graduate and holds an MBA degree. He has 20 years of experience in Business Development. He is a Whole Time Director and Heads the Strategic Initiatives and Sales & Marketing Functions of the Company.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava
Nominee Director
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava is the nominee Director of the Company. He is an Economics and Law graduate and has 28 years of professional experience, including 10 years in Rabo India Finance as the Managing Director in charge of corporate and commercial banking. He had also worked in agribusiness consulting for 2 years and with the South Asian Regional Apex Fund (sponsored by Lazard India) for 3 years. He started his career with the Bank of Baroda, where he worked in various areas such as Credit, in Regional/Zonal Offices in Merchant Banking and Business Development etc.
Mr. Siddharth Lal
Nominee Director
Mr. Siddharth Lal is the nominee Director of the Company. He holds a post-graduate degree in management from ISB in Hyderabad, a degree in Chartered Accountancy from the ICAI in New Delhi and a Bachelors degree in economics with honours from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. Siddharth has more than 11 years of rich experience in financial services with KPMG (Corporate Finance), Rabo India Securities (Investment Banking) and Arthur Andersen (Assurance & Business Advisory). He has also worked as an independent advisor for 2 start-ups in education & healthcare sectors.
Mr. Yogesh Agarwal
Independent Director
Mr. Yogesh Agarwal is the Independent Director of the Company. He holds a B.E. (Hons.) degree from BITS, Pilani and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. He has more than 36 years of rich and distinguished banking experience. He served as Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India Ltd., and Chief General Manager of Chandigarh and Chief Financial Officer at Corporate Centre, Mumbai. Mr. Agarwal served as Managing Director of State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of India and Group Executive National Banking Group. He has also served in SBI's foreign offices at Dubai and Singapore. He has been the Chairman of the Board of IDBI Gilts Limited, the Chairman and Director of IDBI Bank Ltd., the Chairman of IDBI Home finance Limited. He serves as a Director of IDBI Gilts Limited, IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd. Mr. Agarwal served as Director of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. He also hold position of Director of Export-Import Bank of India. He served as a Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India.
Retd. Hon’ble Justice S.S. Kulshrestha
Independent Director
Retd. Hon’ble Justice S.S. Kulshrestha is the Independent Director of the Company.
He is a graduate in Arts and Law. He enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1967 and
served as Jt. Secretary, Jt. L.R. and also as Special Secretary/Addl. L.R. in Government
of U.P., Lucknow.
He was appointed in P.C.S.(J) in the year 1970 and promoted in Higher Judicial Service in the year 1981 posted
at Allahabad High Court as Joint Registrar from February, 1983 to June, 1987.
Promoted in the year1995 as District Sessions Judge and again posted at Allahabad High Court as Officer on Special
Duty, from May 1997 to June, 1997 as Registrar, from July 1997 to April, 2000 and
as Registrar General from April, 2000 to July, 2002 and elevated as permanent Judge
on 05th July, 2002.
Vacmet Europe Limited
Vacmet Europe Limited located in London is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vacmet India Ltd. Vacmet Europe aims at providing faster and reliable products and services in Europe.
Vacmet Europe has 2 warehousing facilities in Europe which provides just in time service for its customers. Vacmet Europe is able to handle small as well as large orders in a very short time using its exceptional logistics partners.

Future Plan
Vacmet will continue to expand its Polyester and BOPP capacities in India and shall explore possibilities of investing Internationally in this space. Vacmet will also expand its coating and metallisation capacities at the same time.

- BOPP capacities to be doubled by early 2018 after start-up of 2nd BOPP Line
- BOPET Chips plant will be operational by Mid 2017
- Holographic Capacities will be increased by 2400 tons after 2 more Holographic Lines become operational in 2017
- Coating capacities will be increased by 2000 tons after 2 more coating lines gets operational by end of 2017
