A Fellow Chartered Accountant, CPA (USA), and Advocate, he has worked with leading consulting firms including PwC India, PwC US, EY, and Deloitte. He has been instrumental in strengthening corporate governance frameworks and advising boards on financial oversight, risk management, and strategic restructuring. His expertise spans corporate restructuring, revival of stressed assets, corporate finance, and IBC-led resolutions.
