Shri Dinesh Chand Agarwal was born on August 12, 1949. Dineshji was a great worshipper of “Matrushakti”. He carried a deep admiration and unshaken trust in his mother. He lived with the fact that the fruits of all his personal and professional growth and success were the outcome of his mother’s divine blessings.

He received his childhood education in Agra Cantonment’s government primary school. In 1965 he completed his high school education at N. C. Vaidik Inter College, Agra, and in 1967 he completed his intermediate studies at Government Inter College. After graduating with BSC, the desire for higher education inspired him to move to Mumbai and in 1970, he completed a diploma in Business Management. Weak family financial conditions couldn’t stop him from studying Plastic Technologies at the Polytechnic of the South Bank, London (UK). He emerged as a first-generation entrepreneur and established the determined entrepreneurial spirit to change the destiny of his own, his family, the society he lived in, and the nation.

Dinesh Ji was an institutional leader with sterling humanity traits, predefined aims, abundant clarity, and a supreme work ethic. Hard Work, Dedication, Patience, and Affinity to everyone has always remained at his core.

He always prioritized work ethics and principles over materialistic earnings during his entrepreneurial mission. The business philosophy he followed was simply to turn PROBLEMS INTO POSSIBILITIES. He definitely left behind the tough times whether it was the odds of life, time-tested personal & professional challenges, or anything that came between him and his vision of excellence.

The inflection point in his journey coincides with the rapid urbanization drive that is sweeping the nation and the fast life where everything is required to be made available to consume as it is in wrapped and packed form, giving an exponential rise to flexible packaging demand.
